Casa Fenice is located in the village of Santa Maria d’Alto Cielo with spectacular views towards the medieval town of San Ginesio with its church towers and across the undulating hills and valleys towards the Sibillini Mountains.

There is ample outdoor space if you wish to dine or relax within the privacy of your own apartment, but in addition there is also a large roof terrace for your enjoyment. Incorporated into the roof terrace is a giant chequers board with giant Chess set – maybe a way to unwind after an adventurous day exploring the local towns, lakes and mountains. From here on a clear night, you can admire and study the night sky and watch out for shooting stars, normally seen in the height of summer.
From around the beginning of May to the end of September, the swimming pool is open to guests. Surrounding the pool is a terrace from which you can again admire the views, soak up the sunshine and watch the world go by in total relaxation.

Once a farmhouse, it has been carefully restored to a high standard using as many of the original materials as possible. The house is set amongst rolling arable farmland and within its own grounds boasts seventy vines, a variety of fruit trees and olive trees.
Casa Fenice is made up of two totally independent self-catering apartments, each sleeping 4 people. On the first floor is the smaller apartment “La Colomba” and on the ground floor is the larger apartment “Il Pellicano”. Both are fully furnished and equipped, making your holiday apartment a home-from-home. Both apartments are available all year round. Each apartment has its own central heating and wood-burner which provide a cosy environment for those guests wishing to enjoy a winter skiing holiday. Ski-slopes and cross-country skiing facilities are available within approximately one hour’s drive. Alternatively, bring your family and friends here to celebrate Christmas and the New Year. On a really cold and crisp, but sunny day, it is possible to have your lunch outside, made even more memorable if you are surrounded by snow.
